The Recruitment Process is different from one job opening to another, but the main steps are the following:

	You send us your CV preferably with a cover letter.
	If your CV fits the job profile we will invite you for the preliminary interview.
	We are meeting for an introductory discussion and a technical test.
	Considering the outcome of the previous test you are invited for the interview.
	The interview consists in a technical discussion and may also extend to other topics.
	The final interview is conducted by one of the managers seconded by a technical leader.
	Disregarding the outcome of the interviews we are always trying to contact every applicant.
